About this model
StudioGhibli.Redmond 1.5V is a LoRA (Low-Rank Adaptation) fine-tuned on the runwayml/stable-diffusion-v1-5 base model, designed to infuse generated images with the distinctive visual style of Studio Ghibli animated films. It is intended for use with LiberteRedmond SD 1.5 and blends with that aesthetic while contributing its own hand-drawn, soft-edged character rendition. The weights are distributed as a single Safetensors file named StudioGhibliRedmond-15V-LiberteRedmond-StdGBRedmAF-StudioGhibli.safetensors.
To trigger the effect, include both trigger words in the prompt: 'Studio Ghibli' and the token 'StdGBRedmAF', along with the instance prompt 'Studio Ghibli'. Example prompts provided on the model card cover a range of subjects — a cute cat on a table with food, a fluffy pink monster, a ghost monster, portraits of a happy child, and a portrait of a black boy. Each example appends the style context as ', StdGBRedmAF, Studio Ghibli' at the end of the subject description.
For recommended generation settings the author suggests a classifier-free guidance scale around 7, 20–30 inference steps, and a LoRA weighting of 0.6–1.0; values above 1.0 may flatten fine detail. The LoRA works best with portrait and character-oriented prompts and tends to soften edges, desaturate colors, and favor warm daylight lighting and gentle expressions. Because it is a text-to-image LoRA on the SD 1.5 architecture, it can be loaded directly into AUTOMATIC1111, ComfyUI, or via the Hugging Face diffusers library using load_lora_weights with the specified weight_name.
